Kelly Haynes

Kelly Haynes serves as the Engagement Programs Associate at FAMM, where she plays a key role in strengthening and expanding a diverse, community-driven membership base. In this role, she supports efforts to connect individuals and families impacted by the justice system with resources, opportunities for advocacy, and platforms to share their stories.

Kelly joined FAMM in August 2025, bringing over 15 years of professional experience spanning sales, membership services, management, and government contracting. Prior to joining FAMM, she worked as a Contracts Administrator, where she developed a strong foundation in systems, processes, and organizational efficiency.

Throughout her career, Kelly has remained committed to fostering inclusive engagement and building meaningful connections. She brings a unique perspective to justice reform work and is dedicated to empowering individuals and families to become active participants in driving change.
