WASHINGTON – FAMM’s General Counsel Mary Price will testify before the U.S. Sentencing Commission on Wednesday, March 14, 2018, in Washington, D.C. The public hearing will focus on proposed amendments to the federal sentencing guidelines related to synthetic drugs and first offenders/alternatives to incarceration. FAMM submitted comments in writing to the Commission on the proposed amendments.
