Good Time

Federal prisoners can earn "good time" credit for complying with the federal Bureau of Prison's (BOP) disciplinary regulations. Based on the way the BOP calculates good time, prisoners can earn a maximum of 47 days off their sentence each year for good behavior. This issue affects many FAMM members and is something we closely monitor.
